US Attorney General Pam Bondi testified before the House Judiciary Committee today, February 11, 2026.
This is the part where Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie asked her questions.
Halfway through his time, After Bondi accused him of having Trump Derangement Syndrome and being a failed politician, Representative Massie asked Bondi if she believed that there were no credible information that Epstein trafficked children to other people, like Director of the FBI Kash Patel testified in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Massie: Is that your position as well?
Bondi: My position is, any victim who comes forward, of course, we would love to hear from them. 1-800-CallFBI. Did you ask Merrick Garland that the last 4 years? Did you talk about Epstein at all the last 4 years?
Massie: I’m reclaiming my time. I’m glad you’re asking about Merrick Garland, because this is bigger than Water Gate- Bondi, trying to speak over Massie: You don’t get to reclaim time when I don’t answer a question the way you want.- This goes over 4 administrations. You don’t have to go back to Biden. Let’s go back to Obama. Let’s go back to George Bush. This coverup spans decades and you are responsible for this portion of it! Now, I want to know at what point did the FBI and the DOJ decide that Les Wexner was not a co-conspirator? Because our Epstein File’s Transparency Act requires you to release the internal decision about whether to prosecute him or not, and it’s not in the files and it’s not in the files for any of these other men.

Bondi: And he’s a hypocrite because he voted against the ban that we were talking about on deep fake AI porn. Only 2 people voted against it, and you were one of ‘em! Hypocrite.

The Attorney General’s allowed to respond the way she wants to respond to any members questions- Republican or Democrat.
Thomas Massie then used a unanimous consent request to submit evidence to the committee that seems to implicate Les Wexner in pedophilia, 17 individuals who had resigned from office because of the release of the Epstein Files, et cetera.
At one point, Representative Jerry Nadler of New York asked, “How many of Epstein’s co-conspirators have you indicted? How many perpetrators are you even investigating?” Bondi started talking about something else. The next minute or so was Bondi and Nadler going back and forth while she evaded answering. She claimed that Democrats only cared about the Epstein Files to distract from the fact that one share of the Dow Jones Industrial Average costs over $50,000 in Trump’s America.
